As Managing Director of APEXINFRA Engineers he leads APEXINFRA Engineers businesses in key areas of infrastructure such as energy, resources, airports and transportation that are vital for India to fulfill its tremendous potential and for its economic development. With successful execution and completion of various contracts under his expertise, the company has become eligible for handling of new contracts like Bridges, Flyovers, Sewerage Projects, power plant and Commercial Buildings, etc.

(Technical Director),aged 62 years is an independent director of our company. He has about 30 years of experience in handling construction projects. He is an Engineer by profession and has been associated with various Govt. Departments. He retired as a Director of the government agencies. He is having vast experience in construction and Engineering activities like road, bridge, building and others civil works. He joined the Board of our company as a Director on 28.08.2013 and serving continuously till date. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, Investor Grievances Committee.
Mr. Suresh Sharma
(Legal Adviser)
Mr. Sharma is by profession social worker and a lawyer. He has been involved in many philanthropic activities from a very young age. In 2009-2011 he was National President of All India Law Students Association. He has also worked as Legal Consultant with Ministry of Home Affairs.
